This 6 month program is designed to explore key areas of player health that will improve on field performances and build the foundations to career longevity.

Do you struggle with energy levels and focus on the field? Are you generally tired? Do you need help with football nutrition before and after games? Want to know how to recover quicker post training and games? Or, do you struggle with confidence on and off the field? Lead by highly experienced Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Mustafa Mustafa, each month is centred around a new theme in which you are educated and mentored to adopt changes that will positively impact your football and overall health on and off the pitch! In this program, we create our own team that is motivated to support each other to success through the program. Whether you have ambitions to play at a higher level, want to improve your game, or simply be the best you can be, this program is ideal for young footballers and experienced players at any level looking for a competitive edge now - while also building the strong foundations for a long, healthy football career.

The Game Changer Program

Intention:

  • “As a footballer, I want to take my game to the next level so that I can achieve my football goals.”

Objective:

  • Gain an understanding of the need to adopt a holistic approach to your football

  • Learn about the importance of nutrition and how food plays an important role in football performance and recovery

  • Develop a stronger football mindset, resilience and motivation through off field choices

Program Details:

This 6 month program will guide you through monthly themes that will educate and motivate you to trial before adopting lifestyle changes to benefit your on field performances. As a team we will work in monthly ‘sprints’ where we meet in person (or virtually) at the beginning of every month to discuss our progress (‘retrospective’) to see what worked and where we can improve. We then set an intention, learn a new topic and create goals (‘sprint planning’) for the next sprint (month) ahead. In the middle of each sprint we will meet in person (or virtually) to simply connect (‘check-in’) and share our thoughts.
