This 6 month program is centred around you and your health goals. We take a holistic approach and explore all areas of your health that may be out of balance. Together, we focus on sustainable nutritional and lifestyle changes that will transform how you feel inside and out.
Do you have health goals but don’t know where to start? Are you confused about what to eat and when? Do you struggle with your weight? Do you feel stressed, overwhelmed or unorganised? Are you always sick and tired, have low energy or struggle with sleep? Do you struggle with setting goals, low in motivation or have poor time management?
Led by experienced Integrative Nutrition Health Coach Mustafa Mustafa, we address your health concerns by prioritising your goals and identifying potential solutions that work for you. Each month, we guide you to adopt behavioural changes that will leave you feeling happier and healthier as you move through the program. These long lasting habits will enable you to continue your positive health journey well beyond the program.
About Heath Coach Mustafa Mustafa
I am a passionate certified Health Coach with more than 20 years experience leading individuals and teams to be the best they can be. I have a strong background in sports and nutrition, the human body, and motivating people to achieve their goals. I practice what I preach, and love sharing my own health journey and experiences with my clients to inspire them to greater health. I understand how unique we are however, so I focus on meeting you on your health journey, before developing a way forward together to achieve your goals. My approach includes building an open, honest client relationship where we can connect to draw upon your experiences and deep thoughts. We explore by taking a holistic approach focusing on areas of your life that may be out of balance including nutrition, movement, spirituality, lifestyle and mindset. I will mentor and support you every step of the way to help you make the transformation you deserve.
Program Outline
This 6 month program will guide you through adopting nutritional and lifestyle changes to address your health needs. The first meeting will include a thorough in-depth discussion about you and your health goals. At the beginning of every month, we will meet in person (or virtually) to set our intentions and create a path forward towards your health goals. We will connect again every two weeks to ‘check-in’, share thoughts and track your progress. In the next month, we will reflect on your experiences and identify changes to adopt more permanently going forward before celebrating your wins. Building on the foundations of the past month, we will continue to plan and set new goals towards a healthier and happier you.

Start date: Negotiable - based on my availability
Meetings: 12 sessions (twice per month) - 1 hour each session
Location: Flexible - in person (preferred) or virtually for distant, interstate or overseas people
